We had the privilege of hosting Tour for the Nation’s New Mexico event at our Albuquerque church. The Oliver sisters are charismatic young women with hearts on fire for Christ. We were honored to be a part of dynamic prayer and prophecy over our state
and humbled by TBC’s simple obedience to God’s unique calling on their lives. Jordan, Madison and Taylor: you are exceptional
witnesses and you are impacting the nation for His Kingdom; may God reward you for your faithfulness.

I had the honor to work with Jordan Oliver for four years and witness her ability to lead, inspire and motivate young people. Jordan is an excellent public speaker who engages her audience and has a positive, upbeat delivery. Her ability to weave poignant stories with first-rate educational lessons is superb. Our students always sat up, leaned in, and were so uplifted whenever Jordan led our meetings, assemblies, and workshops. I highly recommend her!
— Mary Ellen R. Fise - Director Leadership Institute - Maryvale Prep

As our Director of Student Life, Jordan created enriching, energetic programs to round-out a rigorous academic program. In a world that can be complex for students to navigate, she created a culture of respect and hope for them. Thanks to her unique ability to know and connect with young people, Jordan truly ignited the flame at Maryvale.

As Student Council Vice President in high school, hearing Jordan speak guided me to a path I never saw coming. Her inspirational words, constant devotion to the success of students, and nurturing personality allowed me to grow not only as a student but as a leader and as a human being. In simple terms, Jordan is one of the most inspiring people I’ve ever come across in life. Because of her talk, I was set on a path of helping and leading other students during my college career and because of that inspiration, I have decided to pursue a full-time career in bettering the lives of students.

I remember very vividly in eighth grade I began experiencing a lot of nervousness and anxiousness. Eighth grade is that year where I feel as if everyone wanted to make it their ‘golden year,’ considering they’d be entering high school very soon. For me that meant trying my best academically, and additionally artistically. Ms. Oliver truly believed in me whether it was from the speech contest in 8th grade, or singing in front of 50+ people. She made me feel a sense of worth in myself when I felt like I’d never be able to conquer something. She’s one of the reasons I still take time to draw when I get the chance. I still remember all the art I’ve shown her, or given to her. I may never be incredibly amazing but it’s the passion that counts—the passion and love Ms. Oliver is credited with. I have a long way to go, but Ms. Oliver gives me more hope that someday I’ll truly find what I was made to achieve.

Ever since I was little, I’ve been singing. Whether it’s around the house, or at the school talent show, I always fit it into my day. I started considering it as a career in the 6th grade. Come 7th grade, I had leadership class with Jordan Oliver. At this point, I was still considering singing as a career option. We started every day in that class with a devotion. Each student was assigned a day to lead the devotion. One day, the devotion was “How Far I’ll Go,” from the movie Moana. This song talked about how you may never know where life will take you, but there is no reason to hold yourself back and keep yourself from at least trying. Hearing Jordan deliver this message helped me relate it to my singing. It encouraged me to keep going and keep bettering my talent. The next school year, 8th grade, I sent her a video of me singing at the school talent show. She replied saying, “You better be trying out for The Voice!” Jordan telling me this pushed me to do just that. Ever since that day, I knew that I could try out and I had everything I needed to make it happen. Now, I am preparing to try out because of Jordan. She has helped me and encouraged me in more ways than I can count. Because of that one sentence, I feel empowered to chase my dreams and make them a reality.
